Cancellation Policy

 

At Soleauras, we recognize that circumstances may necessitate changes to your order. This document outlines our order cancellation process to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Before Shipping:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible to cancel it and receive a refund, subject to a £15 cancellation fee.

How to Cancel:
To initiate a cancellation, please email us at support@soleauras.com. Include your order number and a request for cancellation in your message. For expedited processing, please use “Order Cancellation” as the subject line.

Processing Time:
Cancellation requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After Shipping:
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the item(s) once they have been delivered, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Important Notes:

  • If you used a discount code or promotion, the refund would reflect the discounted amount paid.
  • For orders paid via third-party payment methods (e.g., Apple Pay), refunds may take additional time to process, depending on the provider.
